  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Orders shipped via USPS will arrive within 3-5 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday, following credit card authorization.) Express orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will not be processed until the following business day. Please note: USPS does not deliver on Sundays.
  • When will my backorder ship?
    You will receive a notification that includes the expected ship date of the backordered item. If you do not have record of that information, you may call at 201.641.2178.
  • Do you offer military or law enforcement discounts?
    We do not offer discounts, but you will find that our high value products with direct-to-you pricing consistently beats that of most all competitors in the industry.
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    We offer USPS.
  • Do you ship outside of the USA?
    Yes, we offer international shipping at this time.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    If you created an online account when you placed your order, you can log in with your e-mail address and password to view your order status. If no account was created upon order, you can enter the order number online to check the status, or call our store at 201.641.2178.
  • Why should I create an account with U.S. WORLD?
    Once you create an account, you are able to view the status of any order at any time. Creating a profile will also speed up the checkout process for future orders, because we will have your shipping details and preferences saved.
  • After I place my order, when will my card be charged?"
    Your credit card will be authorized once your order is placed, and the final charge will occur when it ships.
  • What is your return policy?
    U.S. WORLD has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to U.S. WORLD within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • How do I return or exchange a product I purchased?
    Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid return label. Your return will be processed in 5-7 business days.
  • What do I do if my product is defective?
    We stand behind the workmanship of each and every product we make. If you feel your item is defective or failing prematurely, please call our store at 201.641.2178 for a quick resolution. Once the returned item is received and inspected in our store, we will replace the item at no cost.
  • How long does it take to get a response after submitting a request on the contact page?
    We always do our best to respond quickly, but please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
